2. Show you how to use Google Adwords ($40) basically you pay for traffic, but this can be a great investment if you do it right and if your actually offering something people want.

Question: Are there ongoing webpage maintenance fees? Will we be able to add simple features, text or links at a later date or will a web designer have to perform these actions?

The platform Im using (Wordpress) is simple enough for you to EASILY update the website yourself. After its done, we should definitely sit down and ill go through everything, and take notes for you guys to refer to in the future. If it turns out that you simply dont have time to do it yourself or just want me to take care of it, then I do charge update fees, which are always reasonable. And then some updates, like if you want to change the logo at the top of the site, or edit something major, I will most likely have to do it. Usually I charge $15/hr for updates, $30 minimum. Usually just ends up being $30, and sometimes ill do quick stuff for free, but it all depends on the situation.

Bottom line is: if you want to learn how to update the site yourself, I can easily teach you. If you pay attention its super easy. If you are the type that would rather have me do it, thats fine too, im not going to gauge you.

Question: Should we go ahead and buy our domain name and hosting service? Do you have options that are better than GoDaddy? Does it matter if we want to expand websites, including an umbrella website and other branch sites?

Yes. Please do, I highly recommend using Bluehost because they allow you to host unlimited domains (websites) under 1 plan (chose the Plus plan, $4.95/month using LINUX servers) versus Godaddy with just 1 domain per hosting plan. There are a million reasons not to use Godaddy, but i'll save time by just referring you to Bluehost... Godaddy sucks lol.
