We've been in business since 1947 and that won't change, making the Aiello's retail brand Pasta & Sauces. The recipe for our Pastas and Spaghetti Sauces have been in the Aiello family for over 100 years! Michael Carmine Aiello came to Colorado in the 1870’s. He married the love of his life, Maggie, and settled in North Denver. Michael Aiello and his sons operated the famous PATSY’S INN for many ye

ars. Growing up in a good Italian family meant frequent spaghetti dinners—and Maggie Aiello’s pasta and sauce was considered absolutely the richest and most flavorful.
