Our Logo
We recreated a logo that represents us (swipe for our inspiration). The color pallet was inspired by a photoshoot we went on in the Neon District Of Downtown Norfolk.
Using the eye drop tool, we created a pallet that screamed us! After we created a brand color quiz, based on emotions, we landed on yellow, blue, and green. The splash of red orange came once we saw it in the alley.
Yellow and blue has followed our journey. It’s our high school colors ( ) , the brand of the military we joined ( ) the colors led us to our first office space in downtown Norfolk that was blue and gold, and we saw it in the alley so yes, listen to the colors you see. The green is us! We’re an organic company, wealth is not currency but long lasting relationships, community, and successful experiences. Red because we love what we do (see the heart in the upper left)
The square design is purposed to be like a box. Our goal is to think and brand outside the box.
The lines in the inside help us spell TAG IT BRAND IT. But also represents the many directions business can go into. It doesn’t have to be straight lines but create a path that will intersect and connect.
The circle hole is a where you out the string through for the tag. That final piece made it perfect. When we step away from the design, we were in awe. It was perfect.
We connected with our brand in a way that is bold, bright, non traditional, and accidents like coloring outside the like because our brush size was too big allowed us to see the heart.
Our dream location is any tropical island that feeds us nature from a tree and the sea. We love mangos and freshness. This is where we fell in love with the . On our mood board we downloaded photos of these birds and studied their characteristics like yeah that’s us. Only to find out when we took a step back it looks like a toucan/parrot.
We know that we’re in the right track. We realized we couldn’t let any hands touch our experience to connection points. Yes, we’re four years in but we can finally say, we’ve connected with our authentic selves. We’re not the typical creative agency.
