🌺 Tech Tip: The simplest “funnel” (even without a website) 🌺

Remember this? The crucial tool that powered the original marketing funnel: Meet someone → get their info → follow up.

It's the same idea today, and in some ways it's a lot easier – just send someone to your website opt-in page.

But what if you don’t have a website yet? You can still use marketing technology to build your email list, for free. Here’s how I’d do it:

1) Take your most valuable tip (or most popular piece of content) and turn it into a “quick win” freebie (1-page PDF, short video, or a view-only Google Doc).

2) Create a simple form that collects name + email (Jotform’s free tier works great for this, and you can link directly to the form, no website needed).

3) Set the auto-reply email to deliver the freebie immediately (paste the link right in the email).

4) Connect your form to your email platform so new subscribers automatically get a welcome sequence over a few days. (If your list is small, you can send the emails manually – but automation saves your sanity fast.)

5) Write a one-sentence hook to promote your freebie and use it everywhere: bio, pinned post, comments, email signature. (Don't forget to include the link to the form!)
