We're excited to share another recent event that connected PRworks with the next generation of communication professionals!

Jason Kirsch, APR, PRworks Principal and Senior Counselor, and a proud alum of Shippensburg University, participated last week in the university’s annual CJM Day hosted by the Department of Communication, Journalism & Media at Shippensburg University. Jason joined a panel of other seasoned industry professionals including Ted Czech, Stacey Bollinger, MS and Eric Heisler. The panel was moderated by senior Luke Rainey and the day was organized by graduate student Madi Shively, both of whom did an amazing job and are on their way to successful communications careers!

The panel discussion explored career growth and leadership, industry trends, the future of the field, and skills and mindsets that help young professionals stand out. Earlier in the day, another panel titled "Paths & Possibilities" featured Olivia Myers (Livv), ​a freelance writer for PRworks and '23 SHIP grad!

Throughout the day, students were encouraged to think broadly about their career paths through the theme, “Choose Your Own Comm Adventure!”

We always appreciate engaging with students who are preparing to enter the communication field!

Our Principal and Senior Counselor, Jason Kirsch, APR, recently attended Shippensburg University's Communication, Journalism & Media (CJM) Department Networking Night, where he connected with current students, recent graduates, and fellow SHIP alumni.

The evening was a meaningful opportunity to engage with students preparing to enter the field — answering questions, sharing insights, and hearing firsthand about their goals and aspirations.

Compliments to the Department of Communication, Journalism & Media at Shippensburg University and Shippensburg's PRSSA chapter leaders for organizing and hosting a thoughtful and well-executed event!

A Modern Brand for a Changing Industry

The International Surface Fabricators Association (ISFA) had a strong reputation, but its visual identity no longer reflected the precision and professionalism of today’s fabrication industry.

PRworks partnered with ISFA to lead a research-driven brand initiative, resulting in a modern logo, refreshed visual system and strategic launch designed to strengthen engagement and reinforce the association’s leadership.

The project earned a Keystone Award from the Central Pennsylvania PRSA — recognition of a process grounded in insight, collaboration and strategy.
