Dear Arkansas Businesses, please learn the difference between an “At-Will State” vs “At-Will EXTORTION”.
We have some grotesque leadership at our highest helms.
To losers who terminate employees without explanations, no warnings, and no reviews,
people who would approve families for an international vacation and then sideswipe those families once wheels down,
threaten to sign an NDA or else,
and people who will lie to the Arkansas Department of Unemployment, and anyone else that will listen…
You are the PIGS among us. Not Hogs.
BIZ TIPS :
Might want to offer more to sign a one-sided NDA than what your employee just spent on an APROVED Vacation.
Normalize NOT Signing an NDA for the SWINE among us.
Also, Arkansas Unemployment Office thank you for knowing when depleted souls say you’re INSUBORDINATE
it is because you didn’t sign an NDA.
Secret: You need one *from literally* the ENTIRE state of Arkansas, because your business culture has been to treat people like trash for far too long.
Imagine being dumb enough to claim Insubordinate when there are federal records of an employee working twice as much as anyone in the department.
Imagine asking for vacation before summer to be accomodating to everyone else and told to wait until August because “you’d have all the time in the world.”
Vaca!!! And then Sideswiped wheels down after an EXPENSIVE International vacation for four and that was just the beginning of the nighmare.
Money Can’t Buy You Class. But it can buy you street trash and people who have to “Google It” in order to do their jobs which require upmost safety.
Good luck with that,
and with the employee that doesn’t want to set safety procedures because “that will never happen”,
has to google how to do things when there is no time to “GOOGLE IT”,
sets systems where they will crash and pushes “the button” one too many times.
