Since 2005, the team at Coordinated 360 has assisted businesses, non-profit organizations, education institutions, and families with creating, planning, marketing, and executing events of all sizes. We have experience with celebrations (fairs, weddings, reunions, birthdays, and anniversaries),
educational events (conferences, meetings), promotional events (product launches, political rallies, fashion shows) and commemorations (memorials and civic events). We serve our clients by conducting research, creating event designs, finding sites, arranging food, beverage, entertainment, and décor. All of our clients can relax knowing that Coordinated 360 would also be able to send their invitations, receive RSVP’s and keep an accurate count of attendance. Arranging for accommodations for attendees and their transportation are also items that could be left to the Special Event Specialist. While we especially pride ourselves in meeting your entertainment, sound, and videography needs, we have an outstanding network of event professionals, with talents such as decorating, food and beverage, and photography. From large events to small parties, we are happy to provide, as many, or as few, services as you need. Each event is priced specifically for the event to make the best use of the resources you have budgeted to spend. Coordinated 360 is also the subcontracted operator for Fayette County Community Television, a non-profit, locally controlled TV station celebrating the best of Fayette County. Operated as a service of the Fayette Chamber of Commerce's non-profit Redstone Foundation, FCTV reaches 21,000 households on the Atlantic Broadband Cable System, and will soon begin broadcasting worldwide at FayetteCountyTV.org through a 24-hour live stream.
