Most contractor websites show the work and skip the thing that wins the job.
Great photos of kitchens, decks, and additions. And almost nothing about what the homeowner is actually worried about.
Before they hire anyone, they’re asking themselves: Will this person show up? Will they finish? Will the price hold? Will they disappear with my deposit?
A gallery answers “can you do good work?” It doesn’t answer “can I trust you in my home for two months?”
Those are different questions, and the second one is the one that stalls the decision.
More project photos won’t fix it. Proof of the intangibles will: reviews that mention communication and reliability, a plain explanation of how you work and what happens when something goes sideways, and the real people who’ll be in their house.
Show the work. Then win on trust.
