Hey Everyone,

Well, we have a sad announcement to make...
Today is officially our last day open…

…on Mondays 🤣🤣🤣

After chatting with our team and looking at Monday traffic, it just makes sense for us to go back to a six‑day schedule. Nothing dramatic — just us trying to run the shop smarter so we can keep doing what we love.

We’re incredibly grateful for everyone who stops by, hangs out, or orders online each week. Your support means the world to us, and we want to keep giving you the best experience we can.

Thanks for being part of our little hobby community and reading this entire post. You make this place what it is.

✨ WE'VE MISSED YOU, NEW ALBANY! ✨

After closing our doors earlier this year to spend more time with our kiddo, we're excited to announce our very first pop-up event!

Leaven Bakery is teaming up with our friends at The Whimsical Cookie, who graciously welcomed us with open arms for this special collaboration. ❤️

We'll be bringing back our notorious Cinnamon Roll Saturday with our cinnamon rolls along with a selection of our danishes!

This pop-up is especially meaningful because it will be my first time baking and serving for Leaven since we closed. While Zach won't be joining me this time, he's been busy pursuing a new chapter as a chef at a wonderful local restaurant here in New Albany. I'm so proud of him, and I can't wait to see so many familiar faces again.

Thank you to The Whimsical Cookie for inviting us and making this event possible. We truly can't wait to reconnect with our amazing community.

We’ve been so grateful for the amount of support you all have shown us—it truly means the world 💛

This is officially our last week, and we’ll be open through Saturday. We’d love to see you one more time before we close our doors!

We’ve already sold the majority of our equipment (thank you!!), but we do have a few larger pieces left that still need a good home.
We’d love to see these go to another small business, baker, or anyone chasing a dream like we did. Everything has been well cared for and part of our day-to-day operation.
