Halloween costumes don't have to come in a plastic bag with a big price tag. 🎃
Start at your local thrift store. An old robe, a thrifted blazer, or a flannel shirt can be the base of a great costume. Then pick up felt, thread, or face paint from a local craft shop to finish it off.
It costs less, it's more creative, and your money stays in town.
Check your Town Money Saver for local deals before you go shopping.
