The naming of Victoria Renwick and Mike Rush as partners is a defining moment we’re thrilled to celebrate as part of this year’s 25th anniversary! Both longtime employees joining us from IPG agencies, Victoria has built one of 360’s largest practices (Food & Beverage) and Mike has spearheaded the agency’s work in sectors such as tech, home, and financial services.

In addition to their roles steering client teams, they each play critical agency-wide roles: Victoria serves as 360’s Chief Client Services Officer with an eye to integrated services and what’s next for our industry, and Mike is our Chief Growth Officer and liaison with 360 partners globally via PROI Worldwide.

In honor of Earth Month, a group of team members from our New York and Boston offices volunteered to help clean and restore the beautiful Tompkins Square Park of the City Parks Foundation the Charles River Conservancy A huge thank you to these incredible organizations for the work they do to preserve green spaces in our communities.

We discussed everything from agency life, to how AI is shaping our work, and what students can be going to set themselves up for success. Continuing our volunteer efforts in honor of Women’s History Month, team members from 360 New York spent a meaningful afternoon at Room to Grow. Together, we sorted through clothing, toys, and book donations. Room to Grow provides support to families of young children in our New York and Boston communities, offering essential baby and toddler items to families in need, strategies to assist with their child's development, and connections to community resources to meaningfully expand their support network.

In honor of Women’s History Month, we had the privilege of volunteering at Women's Lunch Place, where we organized recent donations, including shoes, books, skincare products, and more. Since 1982, Women’s Lunch Place has been a safe haven, offering not only nourishing meals but also job search support, therapy, advocacy, and legal assistance to every woman who walks through their doors.
