🚨 BOI Reporting Likely Unconstitutional! 🚨

Big news for business owners: A federal court just hit the brakes on BOI reporting under the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA).

Here’s the deal: The CTA, part of an anti-money-laundering push, required companies to report detailed information about their beneficial owners. But now, thanks to a nationwide injunction, you can hit snooze—for now.

👉 If you haven’t submitted BOI info yet: No need to comply at this time.
👉 If you’ve already submitted: No action is required for now.

Until then, it’s considered a liability, as the company owes the customer those goods or services. This ensures accurate financial reporting and prevents overstating revenue.
