I wanted to give a little shoutout and support to a fellow local business professional doing something pretty cool next Monday!

Amanda Bell, PhD with Thrive Strategy Lab is hosting The Morning Read: Small Business Analytics Edition at Seven Acres.

📅 Monday, August 31
⏰ 9:00–10:00 AM
📍 Seven Acres — 105 Fairview Rd, Asheville
💰 FREE

If you own a business, you probably look at your numbers — but do you really know what they're telling you?

Amanda is going to dig into real business numbers and talk about things like:

📊 What your business is actually earning
💰 Which part of your business is quietly paying for everything else
📈 How many sales you really need before you're making a profit
🔍 What the numbers may be telling you that you're currently missing

Her description says they're going to “read the numbers like tea leaves — except it's math.” 😂

I love seeing people in our local business community sharing practical knowledge like this, so I wanted to help Amanda get the word out.

It's free, but they need RSVPs so they know how many people to expect.

Sometimes your clients say the nicest things. 🥹

Tammy Potter of Best Buy Metals Asheville sent Rob this after a last-minute sign request:

“Rob, when I say you are amazing. I MEAN IT! Thank you for your lightning-fast service and care with my last-minute sign needs. They look absolutely amazing this morning!!”

We’ll take that review. 😎

Last-minute? Weird idea? Flamingo-related emergency?
The Super Signguy is on it. Challenge accepted.

Whatever reason you need a sign... even if it's for no reason at all.
We can handle it. ;)

The music gets the applause.
The signs just quietly do their job.
We like it that way.

Friendly reminder from your neighborhood sign guy:

Always proofread your signs.

Otherwise, you might get it TOADally wrong. 🐸

As a sign guy, I have questions. 🤔
As a driver, I have concerns. 😳
Who else would need summer school to understand this sign? 😂

Be honest... would you slow down to 25 mph, or pull over and do the math first?

I’d like to speak to whoever approved this sign…

mostly because I admire the delusional confidence. 😂
