Very important message.

So as some of you may know, that after much thought, consideration, and many nights fretting, and alot of praying.

In August we launched a new version of my old very successful business that I sold back in 2008. I merged it with my Speaking Up & Out Media Company.

Using that same name we have been laying a very firm foundation and are in the very important stages of building a very effective business model.

You have probably seen some limited marketing attempts here on my page.

An effort that will increase over the next few months.

We are experiencing very promising and big (Did I say Big) early results in all of our efforts and hard work.

This of course is very exciting and rewarding.

These results came from studying, testing, and early mistakes. Mistakes we now hope can be avoided moving forward.(fingers crossed) we are growing at very fast and unexpected pace.

Why is this important to you guys?

To answer that, only one word comes to mind.
GROWTH!

Local growth that is...

For our business to continue its growth and success. We will need to start hiring people to maintain a effective flow of the logistics nessary to achieve a high level of service for our clients.

The positions we will need to fill will be in the areas of Administrative, support, customer service, sales management, and of course sales positions.

We of course would like to fill as many of these positions from right here at home. Helping grow our home town and Rockingham County communities.

Also we will need apdative work space that is a good fit for current needs and future needs and growth.

Again we want to stay here at home and not have to find space outside of Rockingham County.

I have tagged you or shared this post with you because I respect your opinions as business and political leaders in our community in hopes that you can possibly help or know of someone who can help keeping us here and not looking elsewhere for our needs.

I and Tammy Jernigan are very busy growing this business and are completely worn out and we are loving it.

We are not really sure of all the options available and what could be a great fit here as we are moving forward.
