Very good article! I have watched so many small business owners fall into this trap. It really is a difference of working ON your business as well as IN your business, all the while maintaining a work/life balance. So difficult but the Stream analogy is spot on. It's about keeping your focus on your over all goal and not get weighed down by the immediate problems.

Both the data and my anecdotal experience over the decades show businesses don't fail for the reasons we always hear. It's something else entirely.
