Our Story

Since 1987, closerlook has been delivering compelling, creative marketing for a wide variety of clients. For the last ten years, our focus has been helping innovative pharmaceutical brands serve physicians and patients with the information they need to make good healthcare decisions. Today, closerlook leads the way in creating innovative multichannel marketing solutions that help our clients build and maintain meaningful relationships with their most valuable healthcare professionals.

We think as marketers, work like a tech company, and act as an agency. General info We have over 100 employees at closerlook, many of whom have been with the company for more than a decade. We are located in Chicago, Illinois. We are Strategists, Designers, Copywriters, Data Scientists, Producers, Developers, Database Specialists, and Account and Project Managers. We are always thinking about the issues that matter most to pharmaceutical brands and their customers. Using data insight, we produce meaningful relationship-marketing programs that get the right message to the right customer, at the right time and through the most effective channel. We also have outside interests and pursuits in things like music, theater, novel writing, marathons, urban farming and more, making us a pretty healthy, happy, interesting group of people to be around!
