I’m ready to add another great person to the Sign Gypsies Argyle & Trophy Club team!

This opportunity could be a great fit for a college student, stay-at-home mom, or someone with a flexible schedule who wants consistent work and the opportunity to learn the business.

The primary role will be installing yard greetings and covering pickups when my other helper is unavailable. No experience necessary. Hands-on training will be provided.

The right person will:
• Be responsible, dependable and self-motivated
• Be available for late-night installs and weekends
• Be comfortable working independently outdoors during evening and nighttime hours
• Have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Be able to work outdoors in Texas heat, cold, rain and wind
• Be able to lift, carry, bend and handle the physical demands of installations
• Have excellent communication and customer service skills
• Pay attention to details and take pride in their work
• Have the drive to get the job done and done well
•Creative

This is not a traditional 9–5. Our schedule revolves around our customers and their celebrations, so flexibility is important.

Ultimately, I want to find someone who can become my go-to installer, learn the business and take ownership of their role.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
