I've been seeing this a lot lately.
A service business owner tells me their marketing is working. Traffic is up, the website looks good, they're posting consistently.
Then I ask: how many calls did your website generate this week?
Silence.
Traffic and leads are not the same thing. And somewhere between the visitor landing on your site and picking up the phone, something is breaking.
It's usually one of three things.
Google is sending the wrong people. The site is too slow on mobile. Or the business isn't showing up for the searches that actually matter, the ones where someone has their wallet out and they're ready to book.
