Have you ever been inspired to action just by walking into a store? I was. Thanks to LOFT I was inspired to start a new series called . Over the next 30 days I'll be taking a look at some of the companies I've run into and had a great experience. The goal is to break down what they are doing with their marketing and hopefully give some valuable insights that could help them reach their full potential.

Our first company is LOFT.

They are a great company doing some great things, but I think they haven't truly hit their stride. IMHO, there is still a lot of potential left on the table. I wrote about what they are doing, gave some insights and my experience with their brand/products.

I would love to hear your thoughts!

Why we chose LOFT As a smaller digital marketing shop, we have the luxury of picking and choosing who we want to work with. There are a lot of good companies out there but only a small number meet our criteria for companies that are a good fit with our agency. Loft is one of those companies.

Tomorrow we start a new series called "Feedback Loop" where we will give feedback to one company each day. We will pick at how they are marketing their business and give some ideas on how to improve. The goal is to start a dialogue with businesses who are really trying to grow.

As described by ft.com/Lexicon, "A feedback loop is a term commonly used in economics to refer to a situation where part of the output of a situation is used for new input. An example of a positive feedback loop would be one where success feeds success."

Over the last 12 months we have been listening to our clients talk about their needs and how our services help them solve problems with growth.

After much dialogue with them and discussion internally, we realized who we were as a company didn't line up with how we were helping our clients. We needed to do something about that. So, after much discussion, we've decided to rebrand our company to reflect what we really mean to our clients.

Over and over we've had businesses come to us asking, "how do we stand out in such a noisy market?". Through our work with them we have helped them create a voice for their service and connect their audience to their brand in a fresh way. This resulted in seeing a nice growth trajectory where they hadn't seen it before.

We are good at helping our clients establish a clear signal with their audience in the midst of a lot of noise.

So it only made sense to rename our company with exactly what we help our clients do. Our new name is Signal Media and it's meant everything to us. Our internal direction has already become much clearer and therefore we are more equipped to help our clients with their direction.

Thanks for being on this journey with us. We look forward to the coming years of serving you.
