Have you noticed how stressed, anxious, and/or overwhelmed most people you interact with seem to be?

People are all being counted on to do more with less.

👻 Less help - People are covering for folks who left or ghosted.

I just used this image in an article I published on LinkedIn talking about Why So Many People Suck at Networking that offers a few ways to immediately improve (link in comments).

It covers the fact that most people not only never learned how to network, many were kind of just pushed in to it.

The 3 lessons are a solid start. The course I'm promoting was also included and that's a game changer for anyone who:

Is uncomfortable meeting People

I kicked off 2022 with a 10-week course on "Thought Leadership".

The thought being that there are a lot of folks looking to do BIG things in the coming year and having people recognize them as a thought leader would make it easier.
After watching most of the attendees soar, I'm pretty sure my assumption was quite right.

** One of the students now speaks more frequently than I do for crying out loud.

* * Another won a major award for sales performance.

** A 3rd continues to see their business boom.

Pretty good results if you ask me.
