WordPress Website Designer

A Digital Marketing Agency based in New York is looking for a WordPress Designer (NOT DEVELOPER) to start as per project basis, that can potentially move into a fixed hourly rate position with the company. We're getting set to launch and will be acquiring new accounts and we're looking to bring new team members on board.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Only apply if you have great and proven design skills
• Must be proficient with WordPress specially with the Elementor Plugin AND WooCommerce Theme.
• Must have samples or a portfolio of past WordPress Designs.
• Products are handmade goods/crafts. So designs should not be corporate but personal to the products.
• Must be willing to start per project basis at first for trials. (can potentially move into a fixed hourly rate position)
• Must be able to finish simple designs within the day for review and approval. (Client can finish a simple Shopify Website in 2 hours)

DESCRIPTION:
• Ecommece Website Designer (UX/UI) using Elementor Plugin AND WooCommerce Theme.
• The project involves the development of multiple wordpress based online store website that will include online sales (using woocommmerce). An attractive aesthetic is demanded, with excellent user experience, functional and intuitive with special attention in the development of the home and the product page.
• UX specialist who has experience implementing features that will help our clients convert their visitors into customers.
• Design wireframes
• Design Mockup’s
• Design website
• Design logos
• Understand brands
• Customize Premium Wordpress & Shopify templates
• Build custom Wordpress
• Configure Shopify, Woo, Etc
• Add payment gateways
• Set up Variable Sales Tax, Pricing Models, Dynamic Shipping & Tracking, Inventory and Third Party Shipping

*Do NOT apply if you can't take on design tasks. The majority of the work that will be assigned will be design work (creating website sliders, web graphics, category banners). We need someone that we can trust to create visually stimulating WordPress/WooCommerce & Shopify sites for our new accounts/customers.
