What do people say and feel about your brand? What makes your brand unique and special compared to your competitors? Having a strong brand identity is crucial for brand growth and loyalty. The 3 C's of branding are the pillars of building and maintaining a successful brand. So, what are the 3 C's? Clarity, consistency, and credibility.

- Clarity: What are your core values, and how are you relaying them to your audience? Be transparent and clear about your brand mission and vision.

- Consistency: Are you showing up where your target audience is? Consistently delivering who and what your brand is is key to forming a strong relationship with your customers. Statistics show that an average consumer needs to view a brand at least 7-8 times before it becomes memorable.

- Credibility: Credibility follows right behind clarity and consistency because when you define your brand and what you stand for consistently, you automatically start building credibility. The more you show up and stand by your mission, the more credibility you will establish with your customers.

The key four pillars are:
1. Know who you are - what are your mission, values, brand personality, and brand voice?
2. Invest in design - Design is the foundation of your brand identity. Design elements such as logo, packaging, web design, and social media are how your brand will be perceived visually.
3. Know your target audience - who are you speaking with? What are their pain points? How do they interact online? These are a few questions to consider when developing your brand voice.
