Get Sh*t Done.
If you find yourself procrastinating, not hitting your goals, or finding that your time is getting pulled away by tasks that aren’t providing you a return, then it’s time to do a Time Audit.

1. List out all of the tasks you do each week/month, and I mean everything...

2. Separate out this list into 2 lists -
A) The Generators - tasks which drive 80% of your revenue or goals in life.
B) The Passives - the tasks which drive less than 20% of your revenue or goals

3. Figure out what your time per hour is worth in your currency. (Yes yes, we all know your time is priceless 🤘😉) example - $30/hour.

4. Focus intently on the Generators and outsource the Passive tasks to people who can do this work for less than your hourly rate.

Focus on the core things in life that drive you the most value.
