Dream Ride 2025
This year’s Dream Ride Experience (August 22–24, 2025) raised an incredible $7,650,000 for The Hometown Foundation — setting another record in support of the Special Olympics and local charities.
Among the stories that make this event so powerful is SWAG Custom Rides and its owner, Glenn Richards — a man turning passion into purpose right here in New Britain, CT.
Swag Custom Rides
At SWAG Custom Rides, the team builds more than custom cars — they build confidence, skills, and opportunity. Through their nonprofit shop, Glenn and his crew teach automotive restoration and detailing to kids with learning disabilities, helping them gain hands-on experience, discover their strengths, and become part of something bigger.
Their mission is simple but inspiring:
“It’s about more than just cars — it’s about creating opportunities, building relationships, and giving back.”
Located at 168–172 Stanley St, New Britain, CT, SWAG Custom Rides and SWAG Detailers continue to prove that craftsmanship and community go hand in hand.
