Pretty sure we all remember walking the dog with our yo-yo back in elementary school, right?

Well, I definitely don't remember looking as cool as the professional yo-yo extraordinaire, Bryan Jardin of Duncan Yo-Yo.

Qualifications:

1+ year experience in project management. Demonstrated enthusiasm for the creative industry and a strong desire to learn and build knowledge in this space. Proactive, multitasking, and planning skills. Close attention to organization, detail, and accuracy. High and positive energy and a great work ethic are a must.

As a Project Manager at Vadela, you will work with the account managers and the production team. You will be making sure things are delivered on time and within the scope of the client’s vision.

You are a great communicator with good interpersonal skills; You are highly organized and able to simultaneously handle multiple priorities, using good judgment to manage ex*****on. You are also flexible and able to switch gears when needed.

- Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage project scope, timeline, and budget
- Plan the project, assign team members, and define activities
- Facilitate Client Onboarding Meetings
- Facilitate Internal Onboarding Meetings
- Supervise production team, both internal and external
- Work closely with Art Director to ensure brand continuity in all images and marketing materials
- Provide Weekly Status Reports for clients
- Facilitate and meet with clients to present periodic reports
- Work closely with the Account Manager

Responsibilities:

• Attract new customers by prospecting and networking
• Strategize and implement best practices to build a list of prospects and track all leads
• Build rapport with potential customers while communicating the value of products and services
• Demonstrate outstanding product and service knowledge
• Assist executive staff with scheduling, organization, and supporting tasks to achieve sales goals
• Assist with creating and sending proposals, contracts, and invoicing to clients
• Foster strong relationships with team members and management staff
• Professionally represent clients with a positive demeanor and clear, concise communication.

3 years of growth as company, and developing as a squad of creatives & storytellers. 1095 days of lessons learned, goals reached, and new possibilities realized.

From what began as a crazy idea to start a company with our best friends to work on creative projects together, we never could have imagined this to become our livelihood.
