So I am traveling back in time...so to speak.
Can't Write ?
If in your work you find you can't write to save your life, have tried over and over again and yet your efforts end up in the trash can ....do not jump off a cliff! Chill. Relax, take a walk get some fresh air and decide how to move forward.
Most People Are Not Great Writers
Great writers are much like "great anythings" people do. Some are naturals: not many. This is true in every field Doctors, dancers, actors, and landscapers all need to work at their craft to become proficient and maybe great. Writing is no different.
I dance like an avalanche and no amount of training or instruction has or will help me. I am certifiably dangerous on the dance floor. No Kidding. My wife loves to dance, has long been a member of a dance troop - Studio 34 - here in Rhode Island and she is GOOD !
Over the years I have learned that it is best to ensure that there is an abundance of non-lethal dancers available when we go out and I will, on occasion, volunteer one of them to dance with my wife. You should do the same ....not dance with my wife but rather hire someone to do your writing.
If you have tried and struggled, been repeatedly frustrated by an uncooperative keyboard then I suggest you do what you do well and farm out the writing. Self-torture is ugly and unnecessary. There is plenty of good and some great writers ready and able to help you.
