This is a very special post for Victor and his family……

We felt the need to share……

Through the lense of a photographer; a quick and short meeting, we completely felt in love and connected with this family.

We got a request late last week to do a family photoshoot on the 4th of July; the only day possible for Victor and his family to do the shoot. They had just gotten the news that he only had about one more week to share with his loved ones…… I told them, whatever it takes! We will make it happen and we did!

We met them early Saturday; he was prepared, and looking forward to the shoot. We met his grandkids, 2…. OMG! The most beautiful children (teenagers) that we have ever met! Truly sweet, thankful, kind and loving!….. And his wife?!….. Boy! All my respects to her; she was as prepared as anyone in her situation could be….
She wanted this memory to last!… FOREVER!

We took all of the images, he even smiled and waved to us (they told us he never smiled) 🥹….. We got back the next day, Sunday and Ray went to work! He cleaned and prepared ALL of the pictures for a special delivery…. He spent hours making each image perfect for them…. Sunday night we delivered them…..

Throughout the day on Sunday, both Ray and I looked at the pictures and our eyes got a bit watery, filled with emotions when looking at a family FULL OF LOVE! You could see it in each of their eyes! Their eyes talked! Their emotions were expressed through their facial expressions and with SO MUCH LOVE! 💕

He was able to view the pictures with them yesterday; she told us that he was able to point the ones that he mostly loved….. Today; we learned that a few hours ago he passed 🥹……

Ray and I are sad and happy! Surely a strange feeling….. We are SO touched with Victor and his family. We feel as if we have known them forever!…..We both wish that we could have met and spend time with Victor from a long time ago……

May you, Victor, rest in peace and may your family keep you in their forever memories…..
They all love you so much!
We see it in their eyes, their auras, their faces and even their hearts….
