Precious Moments Graphics & Designs offers a large variety of ready to purchase designs. Terms And Conditions

ALL custom design work MUST be paid before work begins. Payments can be made via: Cash App, Zelle, Venmo or Apple Pay. Proofs are sent before finalizing custom design work

1) Your initial payment reserves your spot on our calendar and is non-refundable. Your payment is transferable with

a 7 day prior notice for another design. A proof will be sent within 48 hours of placing your order.

2) Once a final proof has been approve. Your design will be emailed to the email given at the time of placing your custom order.

3) Performance of this agreement is contingent upon the ability of Precious Moments Designs & Graphics to complete the agreement and is subject to accidents, Acts of God and other causes beyond our control.

**PAYMENT OF DEPOSIT IS ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT.**
