Each week we are blessed with different rooms, conversations, professionals, and communities coming together but the work underneath all of it is still consistently the same. Staying close enough to people to understand what they’re building and creating responsible spaces where people can actually get to know one another longer.

That's what makes thoughtful introductions possible.

I hope you have a community of people worth staying connected to for you and your business.

I will just keep saying it... The rooms we are in together are just the beginning. What happens because people were in it together is where it gets really interesting.

Hi, I'm Sara. đź‘‹

And when I tell people I'm a Loyalty Strategist, I sometimes get the look that says...What exactly does that mean? 🤔

I pay attention to the experiences that make people want to stay, participate, return, refer, contribute and trust.

Loyalty isn't something people may ask for out loud but it's something they are absolutely choosing.

Customer retention, member retention, participation, experience design, trust, referrals.

Essentially, investigating what happens before someone joins, while they belong, and even when they leave.

How much of what you once hoped for are you currently living through without noticing because you're already focused on what's next?

Meanwhile, there are people, experiences, opportunities and ordinary moments in our lives today that we once would have been incredibly grateful to have.

Keep looking forward, and also look around, and even backwards ( it's okay to look back too) and have gratitude in the perspective and prayers that got you where you are today.

Preparing to notice something everyone else walked right past. đź‘€

The somethings that shape trust, loyalty, and how people experience us are rarely the big, obvious moments.

I typically find them hiding in the ordinary ones. Here are some missed opportunities I see on the regular...

1. An unanswered message.
2. An unclear introduction.
3. A certain way someone enters a room.
4. Three things that get missed after an event.

The tiny interaction everyone else dismissed as “that's not a big deal.”

Those are just some of the clues I pay attention to, and they happen everywhere.

I love watching people move from participants to contributors!!!

One of our members led a workshop for the rest of our community a couple of weeks ago. Every person in a healthy community carries knowledge, experience, and perspective that can strengthen someone else's journey.

Too often, communities become places where people simply consume, attend the event, take the information, collect the contacts, and move on.

But stronger communities are built when people begin asking a different question What do I have that could benefit others?

When members are willing to teach, share, facilitate, encourage, connect, and contribute, everyone benefits the community becomes richer.

As a leader, one of the greatest privileges is watching people recognize the value they carry and then use it to serve others.
That is when a community begins to create momentum that no single leader could ever build alone.

Thank you to the members who continue to show up not only ready to learn, but also ready to contribute.

Last night's collaboration with SBAM was a beautiful affirmation that intentional individuals coming together can inspire new experiences.

We are incredibly grateful to SBAM for partnering with us to create a space where professionals could gather, share conversations, build relationships, and explore what is possible when people approach one another with genuine curiosity and respect.

A special thank you to every 52 Connections member who showed up and represented our community so well.

Thank you to those who arrived early to help prepare the room.

Thank you to those who welcomed new faces into conversations.

Thank you to those who noticed the person standing alone and invited them into a circle.

Thank you to those who listened well, asked thoughtful questions, and created an environment where people felt included.

I saw the mission of 52 Connections being lived out in real time. I saw opportunities emerging through conversation, and a community of people taking responsibility for the experience they were helping create.

We are celebrating this and so very proud!

It is an honor to lead this community, and even more of an honor to witness the kind of people our members are through the work we are doing together.

Thank you to everyone who made the evening possible. We are grateful, we are encouraged, and we are excited about what is ahead this fall.

The room is only the starting point.

4 Ways to Follow Up Without Being Weird, Salesy, or Forgettable.

1. Send a short voice memo. Text messages can feel flat.

2. Share something that genuinely reminds you of them.

3. Circle back when they come to mind, don't overthink it.

4. Follow up on what they said that mattered to you last time.

I have a consistent rhythm to help me hold space for responsible networking and relationships that matter. People matter. They aren't transactions and cards to pass to then move on.

Be aware of how you are showing up, how others are, and what happens "after". This is where missed opportunities stop occuring.

" I never felt like I was being sold!"
"You have found a beautiful and unique way of bringing the right people into the right rooms."

These are a few comments we heard from our last in-person gathering in Holland last week.

52 Connections is a special community, and it's because of the special people inside it.

These individuals prove what's possible with
