Essential Responsibilities:
- Customer service and sales- Greet all customers as they enter and assist their needs
- Operate computer/cash register to complete sales transaction with accuracy
- Answer phones and assist customers as they call
- Assist in achieving retail and commercial sales initiatives
- Function as a team player doing what is necessary to help attain company goals
- Demonstrate a customer first mentality
- Must achieve selling expectations measured by lines per ticket
- Assist in all store operations responsibilities as assigned by Store Manager
- Rotate and stock inventory, load, unload and arrange delivery of products
-Prepare store for daily opening and closing including counting and reconciling register drawers
- Maintaining physical facility safety and appearance including: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floor and maintaining restroom cleanliness
Technical:
- Install and replace batteries in many devices including vehicles, boats, golf cart...
- Rebuild cordless drill batteries and other battery packs as needed
- Repair cell phones, tablets, and other devices as needed
Work Environment;
- This position requires the employee to regularly stand, walk, and use hands to touch, frequently talk, hear and lift up to 50 pounds; and occasionally sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach above shoulders, and lift more than 50 pounds.
- The position also requires the employee to occasionally use electrical cables, simple hand tools, spot welder, automotive and electronic testing equipment. May be needed to drive company vehicle.
