I have always loved being able to capture moments in time, and have tried many times to start a blog or page like this to collect all my work in one place.

Long time no post! Missing Thailand and my adventures with Gracie a little extra today 💙🦋

This year has been so nuts and sometimes I forget that I was supposed to be backpacking for three months and teaching in Thailand until 2021. Plans have DEFINITELY changed and I think I’ve done the best I could in accepting them, but man sometimes it sucks not being able to live out this dream as I envisioned it! So much hard work, saving money, and planning going down the drain is never ideal and it’s hard to look at a smiling face like this and know that where you heart wants to be isn’t possible right now. But I’m happy safe and healthy, and I’m grateful to be around my family and friends (finally).

S/o to for bein my partner in crime through it all too! We will get to Aussie and Indonesia and the Philippines one day together 💪🏼 For now, these pictures will do🌻😊

I AM SO PROUD OF THIS AMAZING WOMAN!!!!!!! She’s my best friend, my soulmate, my adventure pal, my shoulder to cry on, my best bud, and an amazing teacher!!! If you know Grace Baumel, you know how driven, compassionate, and caring she is.

6 months ago she came out here alone to fulfill one of her biggest dreams- to teach English to children in a foreign country. Coming to Thailand alone is no easy feat and is definitely an uncomfortable experience. Even more importantly though, coming to Thailand alone was a growing experience, one where this amazing soul learned so much about herself and who she wants to be in this crazy world!

I feel so lucky to be a witness and to be able capture all the amazing work she has done here the past few months. Today was her last day, and it was a hard one. If you’re seeing this make sure to send some extra love her way since she’ll be missin 35 hugs every day from her favorite 4 year olds. So so proud of you Gracie B! 💙 @ Trang

Thailand has been a dream so far. There is so much culture, colors, FOOD, and beautiful nature to take in. I’ve only gotten a little taste of it so far. I’ve been super busy this past month, but I PROMISE I have plenty of pictures and stories to share. Don’t forget about me!
