Time… is something we could all use more of. And HELLO… if there’s one community that understands that, it’s ranchers and farmers. Between livestock, land, family, weather, repairs, and the hundred things that can change before lunch… time is precious.

So when you choose to carve out space on your calendar to sit down with me and talk through your business, your goals, and where you want to grow—I don’t take that lightly.

Today I got to spend time with Grace and Brandon Clewis owners of Restoration Farm & Exotics in Robbins, NC, and founding members of the .

Days like today matter because behind every farm is a family, a dream, and a whole lot of hard work.

I am beyond thankful to do work that allows me to sit at tables or in our case today....rocking chairs where we enjoyed the afternoon having conversations where I leanred so much about Deer Farming and their goals.

This work… ranching and farming… well, you know it ain’t easy. It’s NOT for everyone.

But when you can do it while also serving others and volunteering your time like Josh does… it’s no surprise that having all the attention on him isn’t exactly his favorite thing 😅

Today was all about Josh from as he was recognized as the Festival Young Farmer of the Day.

Josh, I hope you take a moment to truly soak in today and be proud of all the hard work you’ve poured into this life. Here’s to you and the incredible work you continue to do as a veteran, firefighter, and first-generation rancher.

A quick snapshot of just how amazing today was. Here’s to the change makers who are willing to step up, put themselves out there, and build something that didn’t exist before — all to better support and strengthen our communities.

is doing exactly that, and I am SO dang proud to serve as a board member and volunteer my time alongside people who truly care about making a difference.

Here’s to the friends, family, and people who simply SHOW up. The ones cheering behind the scenes, lending a hand, sharing your posts, showing up to events, and believing in the vision even before everyone else sees it.

Businesses and non-profits are not built alone. They are built on community, support, and people willing to stand beside you through the busy seasons and growing pains.

And if you’re a business owner or founder struggling to delegate and build a team…I see you. I know firsthand TRUST me, how hard it can be to let go of some control in the beginning. But the truth is, you can’t be everywhere and everything all at once...I've tried.
