What's one goal you're proud of accomplishing this week?

I'll go first. I'm proud that we survived the first week back to school! Starting the school year on a Tuesday and making it all the way to Friday feels like a serious win. This mornings spirits were not the same as Tuesdays. 😆 IYKYK

Last week I shared how I was looking forward to getting back into a routine and having more structure. Well... I've been reminded that those things don't just magically happen overnight! It takes a little patience, a lot of teamwork, and everyone in the family doing their part to get into a new rhythm.

This year is extra special for our family. I have a senior in high school and a 5th grader, so it's a year full of big milestones for both of my boys. I can't wait to see what this school year has in store! Now if I could only get my senior to pick up his parking pass already! – Kellie

Today, we’re celebrating the organizations that show up, give back, and make our communities better every single day.

At Jus B Media, supporting nonprofits is something that’s near and dear to us. We’re especially proud to support PAWS for the Wayne County Dog Shelter – because when it comes to helping the dogs, you already know we’re in. Anything for the pups!

We’re also incredibly grateful to work alongside Summit County Community Partnership, one of our nonprofit clients doing important prevention work within Summit County. It’s an honor to use what we do best to help organizations like theirs share their mission and amplify their impact.

Today is a great reminder to support the nonprofits you love – whether you donate, volunteer, share their posts, attend an event, or simply help spread the word. Every little bit matters.

Hive Manager Kellie here - I must admit as much as I want to hold on to these long, warm summer days, there's a part of me that's ready for fall to come.

Summer is always a little bittersweet to say goodbye to. I love the slower pace, sunshine, and the free time it brings. But now, I'm finding myself looking forward to getting back into a routine, embracing a little more structure, and enjoying everything that makes fall such a special season.

Anyone else feeling the same way? Hanging on to summer with one hand while welcoming fall with the other? I'd love to hear what you're most looking forward to this season – perhaps the kiddos going back to school? 😏

It feels good to be back at work after taking some vacation time to rest, recharge, and be with my family. There's just something about the fresh air and peaceful shores of beautiful Lake Michigan that fuels my soul. I think Josie would agree – she was right at home soaking up the sand, sunshine, and lake breeze!

We were proud to once again support the John A. Charity Golf Scramble this year!

The John A. Foundation is dedicated to giving kids throughout Wayne County access to the game of golf by providing the resources and programs they need to learn and play.

Our Hive Designer Extraordinaire, Jessica O., stopped by to enjoy the beautiful sunny morning, connect with the community, and, of course, grab a fresh cup of coffee. As for her golf game... let's just say the coffee was the highlight, and we'll leave the greens to the pros. 😁

We're grateful to be part of events that invest in the next generation and strengthen our local community.

Taking Birdie’s Pimento Cheese to the beach was maybe the best snack idea I’ve had in a while. The dogs were pretty happy about it, too. Lake Michigan did not disappoint this year and we were all happy for the time off.
