Gen Z knows work relationships are important. But many don't know how to build them.
Our data shows:
64% say no one taught them how to build work relationships.
53% don't know how to start.
52% find it hard to turn contacts into real connections.
This leaves many young professionals confused. Who should they talk to? When should they reach out? How should they start?
This is not their fault. Many of them started work from home. They never saw how networking happens in an office.
At Webrowdy, as we complete 10 years, we believe networking should be taught.
