Met 98 year old U.S. Olympian Adolph Kiefer yesterday, still swims every morning. Won the gold and set a world record for the backstroke in 1936. Was friends of Louis Zamperini of "unbroken" fame, and he also met the fuhrer, of whom he said they wouldn't allow him to "throw him in the pool."

It's not often you get a chance to work with one of your heroes. But last fall we did just that with Mr. T. Our efforts will be visible this weekend. Watch or set those vcr's for this Saturday at 10PM on DIY network. I was the director of photography for "I Pity the Tool with Mr. T" - what an honor.

Big thanks to my great friends and loyal crew who really stepped up and crushed this shoot. Most fun I have had on set to date.
