This statewide honor is presented each year to an emerging professional who exemplifies exceptional leadership and vision in advancing Ohio’s travel economy. While this recognition highlights Bryce’s leadership, it also reflects the strength of the Destination Seneca County and the collaborative spirit that drives our work every day.

Through the creation of the Seneca County Collaborative, tourism now has a seat at every table. Our team works hand-in-hand with business, economic development, and community partners to ensure that the story of Seneca County is shared far and wide.

Under Bryce’s leadership, Destination Seneca County has earned 14 statewide awards, launched creative marketing campaigns, and led innovative efforts such as Elope at the Eclipse, which drew couples from across the country and earned national media attention in The New York Times, NBC Nightly News, and Good Morning America.

We’re proud to celebrate this recognition and the collaborative effort that continues to elevate Seneca County as a destination for visitors, residents, and partners alike.
