What does a 2.5 inch logo actually look like on a shirt?

GH2 needed several logo sizes across its apparel collection, so we created one sample showing every option from 3.5 inches down to 1 inch.

Instead of asking our customers to visualize measurements on a screen, we give them a practical way to compare their options and confidently approve the right size before production.

Small details like this help create a more consistent, professional apparel program.

Most people never ask what embroidery machine their apparel is stitched on.

They only notice when the logo is crooked, the thread coverage is inconsistent, or the finished product doesn’t reflect their brand.

That’s why we invest in commercial equipment built for consistency. Every logo is digitized, tested, and sewn on our Barudan embroidery machines, widely considered the Cadillac of the embroidery industry and built in Japan for professional production. (barudanamerica.com)

If you’re curious what a Barudan costs… feel free to Google it. 😉

That investment isn’t about having expensive equipment. It’s about giving our customers cleaner details, sharper logos, and the confidence that piece #1 looks exactly like piece #100.

When your brand is on every employee’s chest, consistency matters.

🏀 Reversible basketball jerseys are hitting production for Hopedale.

One jersey. Two game ready looks. No compromises.

From custom artwork and player numbering to professional production, every detail is checked before a single jersey is made. That’s how teams avoid surprises on game day and get uniforms they’re proud to wear all season.

Good uniforms don’t just look sharp. They make ordering easier, simplify inventory, and hold up through a long season.

We’re excited to get these into the hands of Hopedale Basketball.

From artwork to finished apparel. 👏

The Drakes Island Crew is headed to Wells, Maine with 90 reunion shirts just in time for the weekend! We turned this rush order around in only 2 days, and this reel gives you a behind-the-scenes look at the DTF pressing process, plus a close-up of the embroidered logo that inspired a little surprise.

Sometimes a logo is just too good not to stitch onto a few hats. 😊

Whether you need custom t-shirts, embroidery, or a last-minute order, we’re here to help bring your ideas to life.
