Was honored to speak at during Women in Construction week. Now before you say "what do you know about construction?" 😅 ... my talk wasn't on construction, it was on women's empowerment in male-dominated environments.

Gave a talk titled "Built to Lead". The talk centered around reversing "shrinking" behaviors women often adopt in business, overcoming imposter syndrome, etc. The talk was filled with practical tips, communication strategies, empowerment stories, do's and don'ts and more.

It was an honor to be invited, but more importantly it was amazing to be in the presence of so many strong women who are defying the odds in the industry 💪. Cheers to us! May we continue to grow in all spaces.

Doing something "scary" will never NOT be scary. This is especially true when you're considering starting your own business. But GO FOR IT! If you wait for the fear to go away (i.e., the water to get warmer), it likely never will. And in the process, you'll talk yourself out of it. Don't let fear keep you from doing things that are new, exciting, scary, life changing. Do it anyway!!

Many of our clients are new businesses that are looking for branding, websites, marketing help, etc. I always sense the trepidation in their voice when they reach out to tell us they're starting a new business. It's both endearing and very familiar. I always reassure them that by taking the first step towards their dream, they're already winning--and ahead of sooo many people who wanted to, but never did. I read a quote when I started the business and I played it over and over in my head as I was getting started: "Jump and the net will appear." And it did. It absolutely did.

Starting (and running) a business is not easy, but you'll never regret going after it. And who knows...you might be successful and even happy while doing it. Imagine that??😉 So if you're standing on the edge, staring at the water, waiting for it to get warmer....stop thinking about it and JUMP IN! We're all rooting for you.

Recently coordinated a webinar for

🚫 What your DON'T see:
- coordinating schedules for 6 world-renowned physicians in 4 different time zones (California, DC, France and Turkey). No biggie 🫠
- countless testing of audio and video to ensure Murphys Law didn't rear its ugly head.
- preparing scripts and instructions to ensure everyone is prepared
- creating back-up plans for every "what if" scenario (and believe me, we thought of EVERYTHING!)
- 2 women waiting to exhale until the webinar ended

Incase you're wondering...everything went perfectly 👍. Proof that preparation pays off. Special shoutout to Florencia for always going above and beyond to ensure a seamless event.

⚠️ NEW LOGO ALERT ⚠️ Inivos Group came to us in need of a logo refresh. Their existing logo looked stagnant and didn't really have any connection to what they did. We created several options but landed on this one.

The graphic element is made up of parts of the Inivos name-- but deconstructed. The "I" runs diagonally across the "N" and the "V" is on the bottom right.

The concept was a nod to structural engineering, where they often analyze structures by deconstructing all the elements. See what we did there? 😎

We gave them a new color palette, style guide and a refreshed, modern look. Thanks to Inivos Group for trusting us with your new brand.

Had so much fun at Career Day at ! I spoke about marketing, shared some examples of cool marketing campaigns, and encouraged the kids to get creative and come up with a company logo and concept for a cool new product that i invented (wink, wink! 😉).

The results were so impressive (kids are so creative!! 🤯) They broke up into groups, brainstormed, drew up logos and eagerly presented it to the class for a prize 🏆 Who knows... maybe one of them will work for Towers Marketing Group one day!

Thanks to my bestie for inviting me. Count me in for next year! 📚
