This is William, he goes to our local gym and he's been an amazing friend for some time now. He has also given 20+ years of hard work, 14hr holidays, and back breaking effort moving cases and designing displays for , never complaining, always grateful for the job. He's a deacon in his church, a regular in the gym, and one of the first to greet you when you walk through the door.

When I learned that he's never gotten a work anniversary gift, any kind of accolades or recognition from I decided that needed fixing. I pulled this minty vintage watch from my personal collection, dropped a fresh battery in it, and made a special moment with my friend. Life isn't about stuff. Stuff on a shelf, or on a wrist. It's about love, and moments like this. His smile and (for the first time ever) speechlessness was worth all the Pepsi merch in the world. Love you, Sir, William, you're a real one.

I know you likely won't see this, , but you can do better for the people that break their bodies to keep your pop on the shelf. I love your brand, but you used to chase happiness for your people and your customers, more than influencers and crappy trends. You can do better.

As we look back at this year of studio transition, awesome events, and so many excellent new relationships, we are so grateful for all of you. If we could box something up under the tree for everyone that has supported us, we would need a much bigger tree and a way longer roof.
