Today let’s try something a little bit more fun but still socially conscious. The best thing LeBron James could do for the Black Lives Matter movement and the NBA. My little sports fantasy.

Some people think the NBA cares too much about what LeBron James thinks and wants . There’s a reason for that, it goes way back to the NBA lock. LeBron James said that the players could start their own league. Players had actually start playing games in small venues. Of course commentators such as Steven A came out to say LeBron James couldn’t start their own league. I don’t blame Stephanie, as African-American men we are conditioned to be more critical than encouraging we are better at morning each other than celebrating each other. Of course LeBron James could start his own League and while Stephen A may not have believed you know who does? The other NBA owners. They would do anything for LeBron never have to think that again. That’s why LeBron is such a powerful figure in the NBA. Everyone thinks that Anthony Davis was so insistent on playing with the Lakers because LeBron promised him championships. I believe LeBron promised that he couldn’t make him the next LeBron.

While the opportunity to form their own league may have delayed. The best thing Labron James can do for the Black Lives Matter movement, for the NBA, and for our society would be to form his own team. Here’s the fun part. LeBron would need a great deal of help. Someone with almost as much gravitas as himself. The only other player to fit this requirement with the Kevin Durant. KD and LeBron only sign one year contract after their next or when they’re ready to sign their last one year contracts the two of them would finish their career by creating a team in Seattle. They would create a team with predominantly black leadership and ownership. LeBron would negotiate with a city of Seattle to be minority owners. The city has the facilities, infrastructure, and support staff they desperately want and deserve an NBA franchise. They would choose an African-American GM, Guarantee women employees equality in the workplace equal pay and opportunities, give a woman of color a chance to be a coach on the floor and Patrick Ewing would be their Head coach. And the name of the team would be the Seattle Panthers. Even though both LeBron in KD can be Polarizing figure a team featuring even an aging Kevin Durant and LeBron would be competitive. The team instantly be one of the most marketable sports franchises in not just America but the world. The fans in Seattle would be over the moon every game would be a sail out, They would not be able to keep merchandise on the shelves Every game would be must see TV. While some fans would want to punish LeBron for his audacity the overseas markets clearly make up for any lost in domestic revenue. It would create a new template for team ownership. One that does not depend only beings billionaire. The NBA would get their majority black owned team. Seattle we get the franchise it deserves and think of the healing for the city has been through so much social unrest.

Even at the end of their careers a team featuring LaBron and KD would have no trouble attracting free agents in with the draft would be able to create a highly competitive team. No two superstars talents ever complemented each other more in the LeBron hoeing to the hole, KD would get any shot he wanted.

1. What players do you think would be the perfect complement for team featuring KD and LeBron?

When he said, he could shoot someone in the middle of Time Square and knot loss a vote. You still supported him. When he thought it would be better for his reelection campaign he told you not to wear a mask. When pools showed that it was not good for his reelection campaign he told you it is Patriotic to wear a mask. Meanwhile thousands of people are getting sick and dying. When he said he could be responsible for the death of an innocent person and you would still vote for him you supported him. You just didn’t realize he was talking about you.

I think it is very important to the Democratic Part that Elizabeth Warren stay in the race or the Party will fail to deliver on its first promise, Diversity. If Bloomberg want to do something constructive with his money he should make sure that a different voice is heard in the Dem Party‬. Fund the three candidates equally till after the primary.

I’m still looking for an opportunity to support the Democratic Party

I believe that a big part of Trump comes from is ability to exploit and irrational fear of America’s changing Democratic. So fighting Trump with rational arguments may not be the most productive use of resources. While this fear is a weapon for Trump it is not a shield for The Republican Party I think Trumps poor leadership has put the republicans in a weekend position and I will tell you why.

I have some friends who voted for Trump, don’t judge you probable do too. Every time I ask them how they could support him, and I give them a long list of very un-presidential things his done they always say the same thing. “I don’t like some of the things he says or does, but he get results.” And it made me think.

You know who else gets results CHEATERS Donald Trump is a cheater not a leader. Do you remember Lance Armstrong a his historical results. America and the world and no one more than me loved him for his results. When it came out that he had cheated I blamed the riders who gave evidence about his cheating, I believe and excuses he gave for his cheating, even after he was stripped of his tour victories I still believed that some how everyone else was wrong. Sound familiar.

The UCI should have know that Armstrong was cheating, but they looked the other way to embrace his results. The Republican Party knew that Trump was cheating, but so desperate for a win they abounded the identity, their believes, and their morals to not only embrace him as a cheater, but to build a culture of cheating around him. I know that it is seductive power is seductive even if you cheat to get. But you have to recognize the difference between a Cheater and a Leader.

How to recognize a cheater. A cheater lies, often. Lying and cheating are the two sides of the same coin.
A cheater has to make everyone around him weaker to make himself look strong his opponents and his own teammates
A cheater must surround himself with cheaters. A cheater lives in constant fear that he will be exposed so he plans his escape from the beginning. He surrounds himself with fall guys and scapegoats. He removes talented and competent colleagues and replaces them with distracting incompetence
A cheater must be mean, he holds his detractors at bay with insults, threats, and intimidation
The last and most important difference between a cheater and a leader, a cheater will always leave his team weaker from his cheating. You may ravel in a short lived victory, but like all misdeeds your cheating will come to light or your cheater will leave and you team will be unable to compete on a equal playing field. The damage the Republican Party has done to our election process, constitution , and reputation will stain our democracy for generations.

No matter the outcome of this election the Republican Party has left us in a compromised, venerable, and broken place. And this election more than ever America needs a leader.

After the Iowa caucuses I have to express again my concern For the democrat chances To win back to White House in 2020. The party is to mired in the status quo, all the candidates now unfortunately look the same at the stain and or saying the same thing. I can give everyone a healthcare, I can give everyone climate safety, I can give everyone green job, even I can give everyone $1000 a month,. The party has become very good at talking to people but fails when it comes to talking with people. This past four years has been Trumatic for the Democratic Base and the country, but the Democratic candidates are running their campaign strictly business as usual. With the people have been traumatized they don’t want to hear what you can give them they want to know that you stand with them. President Trump can win reelection without advancing one rational policy because his base believe he is with them. Sometimes I’m not sure if the Democratic candidates understand how important it is to have a country to believe you are with them or they just are not sure how to articulate. I could help the campaign for the party with that.

As the Impeachment trail of Donald Trump begun I said they it is not the Congress that is on trail, it is not the Senate that is on trail and since everyone in the country knew the out come of the trail before it began it is not Trump and the Republican Party that is on trail, It is We the American people on trail. The Republican defense of the President insulting to America’s collective intelligence.

The President’s actions can’t be considered a crime because he believes the country is better off with him as president? You’re joking right? The first a simplest standard to apply, The President is suppose to be just like any American in the eyes of the law. If we ply this defense to any and all crimes and any and all criminals I think we know what it would mean. A bank robber could claim it is not a crime because he really believes the country would benefit if he had access to the money he stole, or a murderer would of course believe the world would be a better place without the individual they killed so it is not a crime. Dear Republic Senators do ou realize how hypocritical and downright stupid that sounds. It’s no a crime because we refuse to hold the President accountable for his actions.

So comes next, after this shame of a trail ended after we wake up on Thursday or Friday and realize our construction can no longer protect us from partisanship that the validity of our most sacred ideals do not rest with We The People but on the balance of the House and or the Senate where two or three seats can turn the constitution to a weapon? Please don’t give me the one answer fix all vote! Our country has a bigger problem and it will take more honest answer a deeper look to fix it.

America problem is a Two Party system that was always meant to be an at least Three Party, The Democrats the Republicans, and the People. It is not the government that has no lived up to its part of the bargain it is, We The People. It is time for We The People to have the difficult conversation of how to take back our government and our constitution from Partisanship. If you fallow this thread and I hope you will please share you thoughts your comments your ideas, as I will share mine. If you agree great, if you dis agree great, if you feel the need to be insulting I’m a big boy I can handle it, but I want to encourage us to relearn to Speak To Each Other, sadly a lost art.

Ok I just have one quick question, why should the trail of the president look so different from the trail of any other American? Didn’t we fight a war write a constitution and usurp a country to insure our leaders would face the same Justice as it citizens? So there won’t be one set of rules for “We The People,” and a different set of rules for we the wealthy, we the powerful, we the president? When did we become this America? Mitch say it again today, If I don’t like it I don’t bring up. That’s not the way America works Mitch!!! What happened to the vote? If you don’t like it you debate then we vote! This is America voting is what we fight for Mitch has taken that away from the Democratic’s by denying us a vote he takes the vote away from the whole of the country. How would our Forefathers feel about that?

We’ve heard the Congress and the Senate, The Democratic and the Republicans go back and forth about which side is really on trail, while I would say that, We The People,” are on trail. If we let anyone foreign or domestic take our democracy then we deserve to lose it. We have to make our voices heard loud a clear that we expect a fare trail that All Evidence be heard just like if it were a trail for you and me. The only way to ensure fairness is to hear all side. As America’s we should demand nothing less. Join me in letting the Senate know we are watching! Have you ever heard the saying, “ The right place at the wrong time” the phase fit today’s Democratic Party. They are on the more socially acceptable side of almost every issue, gun control, women’s right to chose, climate change the current president is a pathological liar, commits high crimes on live TV the Republican Party has abandoned all of their long held morals. The country should be clambering for Trumps removal from office, the Democratic can’t get witness called.
With just a few weeks till voting begins in just a few weeks the Democratic’s are still chanting, Anyone but Trump the Republican have their leader.
The Democratic who can connect the right issues p can build the base and win this election. In my role as a Griot I can help you define the the right issue and help you connect to the right base.

I’m sure many of you have heard this from the Democratic Party, “ I’m not sure who, but anyone but Trump.” This sentiment I assure you means Trump will win re-election It only means the Democrats are without passion, without leadership and their passion to see Trump defeated is nothing compared to well identified, organized, fanatical who know exactly what it will take to keep him in office. Trumps name is in the National Conversation everyday all day and there is no Democratic candidates who even comes close to that or even seems to understand its importance. If they are not talking about you, you don’t have a base if you don’t have a base you don’t have a chance, not in this election cycle. The clock is ticking. If you are a candidate or member of the Democratic Party if you give me 10 minutes pitch I can lay out a path to a strong passionate, winning base.

This administration and the Republican Party’s Climate Change policies or lack of. Doesn’t just show a lack of leadership, incompetence, childishness they are criminal. We are already seeing the very real and devastating consequences of climate change around the would. The window for humanity to effect the progression of climate change is closing quickly The Republican Party unsteady of working with the rest of the world has decided to slam that window shut. After seeing the uncontrollable, devastating storms, property lost to sea rise, and unthinkable loss of life, can you imagine the planet after four more years of the Trump administration and the Republican Party’s lack of understanding Instead of collaborating with are ally’s and the world the Republican Party at this time in human history insisted on pursuing a policy of isolation and denial In four more years we will not be talking about this moment as just another policy failure we will mark it as the begging of global extinction. We will not be able to apologize for our children’s future because they may not have one.

‪I’m still trying to get a job with a Dem campaign I believe Trump will win again if the Dems can’t reach their base. The last debate had only one person of color and polls already show minority’s voting block emphasized waning. The economy is too strong to depend on Trumps bad behavior to win. I can create a media campaign that could be a path to building a Democratic base before the 2020 election. In an effort to get the attention of the smartest Democratic campaign I have been post parts of my IP.
