Q&A partnered with Amazon’s Worldwide Returns & ReCommerce (WWRR) team to develop a suite of materials that distilled technically-complex seller programs into an easy-to-use reference collection which included an in-depth seller guide, conference brochure, and supporting print pieces. Our work focused on organizing complex operational information into a structured, readable format that performed consistently across digital viewing and standard home printing.

FEATURE PROJECT! Q&A partnered with The Commercial Lending School (CLS) to support a pivotal brand transition for an educational series serving financial professionals. For more than 20 years, CLS delivered its commercial lending course as a white label program. When their distribution partner changed educational programming, CLS saw an opportunity to reclaim ownership and expand its reach.

Q&A’s A-Team will be at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation StairClimb TODAY! It’s a cause that’s near and dear to us. Our principal, Wendy Q, lost her sister Avis to the disease in 2001.

There have been amazing strides in CF research—people with CF are living longer, healthier lives than ever before. Funding is necessary so momentum isn’t lost. There can be a cure in the near future if we support the scientists and doctors who are doing incredible work to eradicate this disease.

Cystic fibrosis is a progressive, genetic disease that affects the lungs, pancreas, and other organs. What makes it a particularly challenging disease to treat is that the types of symptoms and how severe they are, can differ widely from person to person. Therefore, although treatment plans can contain many of the same elements, they are tailored to each person’s unique needs.

We celebrated 10 years of Alfredo at Q&A with a day of fun! First stop was the “Ai, Rebel” show at Seattle Art Museum, followed up with a stop in the museum shop and café snacks. After a quick wardrobe change, we met at Shibuya HiFi for cocktails and some deep listening to TLC “CrazySexyCool” in the HiFi vinyl lounge. The night ended with a big Italian dinner at San Fermo. We’re so lucky to have Alfredo on our team ❤️

We used wordplay and iconic images to promote the UPS brand, services, and corporate stewardship on the LED billboard at UPS San Francisco HQ. We’d like to think the traffic jams that gave drivers more than seven seconds on the 101 were a little less terrible.
