AI isn’t a buzzword to me. It’s a tool I use every day to drive real results.

In my recent webinar with Kurt W. Snyder from LeadGen Insider News and The Colby Group, we got into how I actually use AI in my workflow—not the fluffy stuff.

Here’s what’s working for me right now 👇

✅ ChatGPT is like my creative partner.
I ask it for 5 headlines, 5 subject lines, 5 ad descriptions. Then I plug those into a tool like Optimal UX to A/B test them on landing pages. Every visitor sees a different headline. We track conversions. We find the winner. We scale it.

✅ It helps rewrite ALL the content.
About Us pages. Service pages. Landing pages for every niche you can imagine—from insurance to remodeling. And guess what? It writes more convincingly than most humans. That’s just the reality.

✅ It saves your brain for the big stuff.
There’s no need to stare at a blank doc for hours anymore. You can go from decent to great in minutes if you prompt properly and iterate.

✅ AI-generated ad creatives are already baked into Meta and Google.
Upload a product image, and Meta gives you 10 versions. Google does it for Shopping ads. The generative tools are here—and they’re evolving fast.

But here’s the thing:
AI still needs experienced hands to guide it.
Strategy, targeting, optimization, scaling—that still takes real media buying chops.

I’m not worried about being replaced. I’m using AI to supercharge what I do.

Feels a bit like 1999 again. Everything’s possible. No one knows where it’s going. But those who learn to ride the wave are going to dominate.

Here are a few tips from my recent webinar with Kurt W. Snyder from LeadGen Insider News and The Colby Group 🎯

We talked about what’s really working right now in digital marketing, especially for lead gen companies:

✅ Strategy AND ex*****on wins
A lot of "fractional CMOs" drop strategy and walk. That’s not me. I’m building the strategy AND deep in the trenches launching campaigns, optimizing landing pages, and squeezing more out of every click.

✅ ChatGPT + A/B testing = CRO gold
I ask ChatGPT for 5 great headlines, then use a tool like Optimal UX to split test them. Every other visitor sees a different version, and we track conversions. Find the winner. Scale the winner. Repeat.

✅ Retargeting is still a game-changer
Most people won’t convert on the first visit. Retargeting lets you follow up smartly and bring them back with the right messaging.

✅ UGC-style videos are the new ad creative
No more boring static ads. Real people, vertical videos, and platform-native content win on Meta, TikTok, IG, and even YouTube.

✅ Tools matter more than ever
Pop-ups, social proof widgets, heatmaps, exit-intent… Tools that help you convert more of the traffic you already paid for are essential. Especially for lead gen companies—many still aren’t using them enough.

At the end of the day, it’s about squeezing more ROI out of what you're already doing so you can afford to scale faster and smarter.

We dove into how I use ChatGPT as my go-to creative partner. I’ll ask it for 5 headlines, 5 subject lines, or 5 landing page hooks. Then I take those ideas and run them through A/B testing using Optimal UX.

One version gets the main traffic. The rest are tested against it. Whichever headline drives the most conversions becomes the new champ.

This is how you combine AI, creative iteration, and proper testing to actually improve your landing page performance.

Most marketers still aren’t doing this. They should be.

🚀 AI, Ads & Website Optimization: The Formula for Winning Online

Before you spend a dime on ads, your website needs to convert. Period. 🔥

👉 If visitors land on your site but don’t inquire, the website itself is the issue—not the ad.
✔️ Better headlines?
✔️ Smart pop-ups?
✔️ Retargeting ads following them around?

These things matter before you start pouring money into traffic. That’s why I always recommend running retargeting ads from day one—if you’re paying to get people to your site, why wouldn’t you stay in front of them afterward?

🔹 Meta’s AI-Powered Ad Optimization
Meta (and every major ad platform) is now heavily integrating AI to help advertisers improve results. They’ll auto-generate multiple headlines and ad descriptions, rotating them dynamically. You still need to review and tweak—AI isn’t perfect—but this speeds up testing and optimization.

🔹 ChatGPT: The Ultimate Writing Assistant
I use ChatGPT for everything:
✅ Writing subject lines
✅ Optimizing ad copy
✅ Summarizing content
✅ Even rewriting my LinkedIn headline

I wrote an entire 12-part course using ChatGPT and didn’t have to edit a single word. That’s how good AI is at content generation. A human simply can’t match its speed, consistency, and precision.

What’s the takeaway?
🚀 If you’re running ads, optimize your website first
🚀 If you’re using AI tools, proofread but embrace their power
🚀 If you’re not retargeting your traffic, you’re burning cash

Here’s a key takeaway from a recent discussion I had with Neat McKinley, Archit Anand, and Xavier de Baillenx. We explored how TikTok’s content-first model is reshaping social media across platforms like Meta, Instagram, and even LinkedIn.

💡 Why Content-First Is the Future:

The shift from follower-based audiences to algorithm-driven content
Creators with 2M followers getting only 200 views, while small creators can go viral
Organic, “ugly ads” are the key to finding content with that viral spark
🗣️ Xavier de Baillenx:
“The algorithm is king, where content drives the audience. You used to have small quantities of overproduced ads—that doesn’t work anymore. Now you need organic ads, and lots of them.”

“If an ad feels like an ad in any way, it will perform terribly. You need to create content that algorithms can work with, and TikTok has a platform built perfectly for that creative challenge.”

A better headline, a strong call-to-action, or even a simple popup can make a huge difference.2️⃣ Always Run Retargeting Ads: Don’t let visitors slip away. If you’re paying to bring people to your website, follow them around with retargeting ads.
3️⃣ Meta’s AI Game is Strong 💪: Platforms like Meta now generate multiple headlines and ad descriptions with AI, rotating them automatically to find the best performer. It’s a huge time-saver—but you still need to review the AI's work for accuracy
4️⃣ ChatGPT = Your Secret Weapon:

Write ad headlines and descriptions in seconds.
Rewrite LinkedIn profiles, email subject lines, or even video summaries effortlessly.
Create entire courses or guides with minimal edits.
💡 Pro Tip: Don’t just take what the AI gives you at face value—read through and ensure it’s accurate, especially if you’re pulling data from landing pages or external content. AI is powerful, but it’s not perfect.

Personally, I use ChatGPT for nearly everything now, and it’s transformed how I work. The content quality and efficiency are unmatched.
