Light for Loved Ones Light for Loved Ones is an organization dedicated to raising money for cancer research. This project started because of our marketing 2 class.

Light for Loved Ones was made with one goal: to raise money and awareness for Cancer. Each person has the opportunity to compete in a competition called DECA. For us, its not about whether we do well or not, but it gives us an opportunity to really give back and make a difference. Both of us lost loved ones due to cancer, just like many of you. We have high hopes this ceremony event will raise mon

ey to help further research and help those who are still suffering. Light for Loved Ones is looking to donate money to the Dana-Farber Brigham and Women's Cancer Center located in Milford MA. Light for loved ones is an event hosted by Samantha Taddei and Ashley Sewell for our 2015 DECA project. This event will consist of a walk around Upton to show support for those affected by cancer. The walk will start at 9am, and later that day there will be a ceremony at Kiwanis beach where Chinese lanterns are lit off in memory/honor of those affected by this disease. All are welcome to join and support this cause. All profits donated to the Dana Farber Cancer Center in Milford Massachusetts.
