killing.
And just like that, I remembered.
I didn’t start my business to sit in rooms (virtual or otherwise) where clarity gets buried under jargon and people feel more like resources than humans. I started Creative Solution Consulting because I wanted work to feel purposeful, collaborative, and human. Because I wanted to build something aligned with my values, not just my calendar.
As you plan this year, it might be worth asking yourself:
• What made you start your business?
• Is it what you thought it would be?
• Has it been worth it?
The answers don’t have to be perfect or polished. They just have to be honest.
Before the goals. Before the metrics. Before the “next big thing.”
Start there.
I’d love to hear: what reminded you why you started?
