š¦ CUSTOM ORDER & SHIPPING UPDATE (leopard jerseys & scuba cheer sets order placed 7/6)š¦
First, I want to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone who has supported me and helped my business grow so much over the past year! I truly appreciate each and every one of you who chooses to shop and work with me. Your continued support means more than we could ever put into words. ā¤ļø
Custom-print items have become incredibly popular and are currently in very high demand. With that growth has come a tremendous volume of ordersānot only for me, but for my rep and factory as well. They have been absolutely slammed!
I understand that delays are frustrating, and we know everyone is anxious and excited to receive their items. Please know that I am doing everything within my power to get your orders into your hands as quickly as humanly possible.
My rep and factory are also working extremely hard to complete and ship everything as quickly as possible. These custom items include so many different colors, patterns, logos, and personalized details, so they take time to produce correctly.
My rep has received a TON of merchandise over the past two weeks! Friday alone, they received a huge shipment containing more than 500 jackets, four boxes filled entirely with Crocs, and several other products.
Here is the latest update from my rep by order round:

06/08 ROUND:
All orders have shipped to customers except for one random box that was delayed in transit. This only affected two or three customers, and I have contacted each of them individually to let them know delivery date is has finally updated.
š¦ 06/15 ROUND:
Orders being shipped to me are already in transit and are currently expected to arrive by the end of the day Thursday. We will begin sorting, packing, and shipping them as soon as they arrive.
šØļø 06/22, 06/29 & 07/06 ROUNDS:
These rounds are currently printing and shipping! Items are being sent in batches as they are completed, which means some products may arrive sooner than others. Many of the Crocs we received this week were from these rounds, along with several other items.
šØ MID- TO END-OF-JULY CUSTOM-PRINT ORDERS:
These orders have already been mocked up and sent to the printers. They are ready to begin printing as soon as the batches ahead of them are completed!
The June rounds were all exceptionally large, so they have been very time-consuming for the factory to produce. However, we are thrilled to see so many items being completed and shipped every week!
