We’re looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Manager to join our team and bring the life of a famous artist and author to life on social media. You'll be responsible for bringing this individual’s unique story to life online, showcasing their captivating paintings, insightful books, and the dedicated museum that stands as a testament to their artistic vision. Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute engaging social media strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and potentially others).
* Create compelling content, including text, images, and videos, that showcases this individual’s art, books, and museum collection.
* Manage and grow online communities, fostering meaningful engagement with followers.
* Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies as needed.
* Collaborate with the artist/author’s team to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in the arts/culture sector.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
* Excellent writing and communication skills.
* A keen eye for visual aesthetics.
* A genuine interest in art, literature, and the artist/author’s biography and history is highly desirable.

Jens Holst, a long-term client, purchased a dream catamaran to sail off the coast of Malibu, California. He wanted to create custom graphics for his new sailboat. First on the list was the graphic for the sail that was inspired by a design from his ancestor’s home in Norway. It was a new challenge and a great joy to work on this and the other projects for the logo on the transom and crew clothing.
