Lots of people have this idea that digital marketing is really hard and takes a lot of time. I guess that's true if you're not smart about your efforts, but really, if you're intelligent about it, you can have extremely effective digital marketing in just a few hours a week.
Honestly, I think the biggest thing is to focus on building systems and building your marketing muscles rather than just brute forcing the work. A couple of hours a week invested into systems and then a couple of hours into running your existing systems can yield far better results than just pumping a ton of hours into doing the work manually. You do need some knowledge and some strategy about how to do that, so I'm just really glad that we built this system, the Firesong Marketing System, and that I can do all of my content needs while I'm on the run and busy with other things.
