Needlepoint skein storage question!

I’m currently storing my needlepoint skeins in a photo box, but I’m exploring ideas for a better needlepoint thread storage solution. As I work on designing new acrylic storage boxes for needlepoint fibers and skeins, I’d love to see how other stitchers organize their stash.

Do you keep your skeins in drawers, baskets, bins, project bags, thread organizers, or acrylic boxes? What works best for your needlepoint threads?
