Somewhere between “professional brand strategy” and “this post kinda ate” is where our team exists.

Truthfully, good marketing needs both: the strategy and the personality.

You need the polished website, the clear messaging, the intentional branding. But you also need content that sounds human enough for people to actually care.

Meet Matt 🎥 aka the guy with the camera, and probably a coffee in his hand.

Matt is our Multimedia Producer here at Ice Design Studio, which means he’s usually behind the scenes filming, editing, troubleshooting audio, carrying too much equipment at once, and somehow making it all look easy.

He’s creative, calm under pressure, ridiculously hardworking, and the kind of person who notices details other people miss, which is exactly what makes him so good at what he does.

Very glad he’s on our team. Even if our office coffee budget may never recover.

Not in a fake, “network your way around the room” kind of way. I mean genuinely showing up. Supporting local events. Volunteering. Serving on boards. Building real relationships over time.

Your visibility matters. Your reputation matters. And the way you show up in your community matters too.
