✨It has recently come to my attention — thanks to some sweet friends and family looking out for me — that some of my work has been copied or reused. I truly believe there is room for everyone in this business. We all inspire each other in some way, and creativity will always overlap. That being said, I pour so much time, effort, and love into every single thing I create. Every banner I paint is hand done with care, long hours, and a whole lot of heart behind it. Even my mockups, which I often create for free just to help customers visualize their ideas, can take hours to make. So seeing them taken, edited, or reused without permission — especially by simply changing a few words — is honestly more hurtful than most people probably realize. Because of this, moving forward I will be watermarking all of my mockups and designs. Not out of spite, but simply to protect the work and passion I put into my business.
I also want to gently say that while I absolutely love creating custom mockups for people, it can be discouraging when a lot of time is spent designing something and communication suddenly stops or the order never follows through. I completely understand plans and budgets change, and there is never any hard feelings — I just ask that the time and effort behind my small business work is remembered too. This is more than just a business to me. It’s something I genuinely love doing. Creating for your families, birthdays, baby showers, holidays, and special moments means so much to me, and I never take your support for granted.
